IMPORTANT NOTES

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
• Final headcount must be submitted 5 days prior to the event
• Remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled experience
• Travel fees apply based on event location
• Host is responsible for providing tables, chairs, and venue space unless otherwise arranged
• Experience is mobile and hosted on-site at the client’s chosen location
